Misleading descriptions about amenities such as the nonexistent spa!!! Cleaning standards in public areas, including dusty stairwells, need urgent attention!!! Rooms with outdated decor and unclean conditions fall short of expectations!!!

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the delicious breakfast with freshly made hollandaise sauce and the afternoon tea that was one of the best I've ever had. The spa lounge was a lovely spot to unwind, and I loved the relaxing massage treatment they offered. Just a heads-up, the parking fees can add up, so keep that in mind! 😄

our stay at st giles was fantastic! the staff was always there to help us with directions and tips for exploring. our standard twin room was really spacious and comfortable, making it feel like home. we also appreciated the bottled water, hot chocolate, and snacks in the room. plus, the location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see.

st giles offers a fantastic location right in the heart of the city, just a 5-minute walk to everything. our room was in the lovely georgian part of the building, and we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade! the bed was super comfy, and the staff were really friendly, which made our stay even better.

Had a nice 2-night stay in a comfy room. The bed was super cozy, and the roll top bath was a fab touch. Breakfast was tasty, but it took a while since it was busy. Just a heads up, one window in another room was broken. Loved the traditional vibe here, feels more like home than a modern hotel.
